Please join Robert Canty and Vanessa Benway for this exciting introduction
to a continuing series featuring Shiatsu and Herbal Treatments for acute and chronic conditions. In this workshop we will address the causes of neck, shoulder, and
back discomfort and then discuss and demonstrate specific Shiatsu techniques to remedy or alleviate the discomfort. These
remedies will be primarily bodywork based but will include the use of herbal salves and poultices, Moxibustion, and Gua Sha.
This one day workshop serves, too, as an introduction to Shiatsu and herbal treatments for those wishing to learn more about
these eloquent healing systems. Practitioners
from all modalities are welcome and encouraged to register. Please, come share your ideas with us. Beginners are also welcome
to attend. We look forward to seeing you and celebrating together a lovely day of healing.
Shiatsu Share Evening, Aug. 17th, Tuesday, 7-9 pm
Come learn to give, and then receive, a basic full body
traditional Shiatsu treatment.
Bobby and Vanessa, professional teacher-practitioners,
lead you step by step through the form. There is no need for prior learning. Experienced practitioners from other modalities
